Cajun Onion Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 to 3 1/2 lb. cut up chicken
1 pkg. onion Cup-A-Soup mix
1 Tbsp. Zatarain Cajun spice
1 Tbsp. Season-All
1/2 c. chopped shallots
1/4 c. water
parsley
Preparation

Place chicken in 11 x 14 x 2-inch dish.
Mix water and soup mix; pour over chicken.
Add remaining ingredients.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes.
