Ingredients

2 eggs
1/4 c. lemon juice
1 box vanilla wafers
6 Tbsp. sugar
1 small can chilled evaporated milk
Preparation

Separate eggs.
Beat egg yolks with 4 tablespoons sugar and add lemon juice.
Cook over slow fire to custard stage.
Beat the egg whites with 2 tablespoons sugar and add to the hot lemon custard.
Whip the evaporated milk into the lemon custard and egg whites.
