Rice Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 gal. milk
    1/2 c. long grain rice
    3/4 c. sugar
    10 cashew nuts
    10 almonds, blanched and sliced
    25 raisins
    6 cardamoms, ground
    1/4 stick butter
Preparation
    Boil milk on medium heat with rice until rice is cooked.
    Add sugar.
    Let cool for ten more minutes.
