Indonesian Pork Roast - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (4 lb.) Pork Loin (pork roast works well also)
1 tbsp. canola oil
1 c. water
1/2 c. soy sauce
1/3 c. brown sugar
1/4 vinegar
2 cloves of garlic, minced
Preparation

Sear roast on all sides in hot oil.
Drain of excess fat. Combine next 6 ingredients in a measuring cup and add to roast. Cover and simmer 2 1/2 hours.
(works well in oven too!)
Serve with fried rice and white rice.
