Black Bean Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (14 oz.) can black beans, drained and rinsed
    1 c. chopped onion
    1 (16 oz.) can fat-free chicken broth
    1 tsp. garlic powder
    1/2 c. picante sauce
    fat-free sour cream (optional)
Preparation
    Blend all ingredients until smooth.
    Place mixture in large saucepan. Bring to a boil.
    Reduce heat and simmer uncovered for 30 minutes.
    Each serving can be garnished with teaspoon of fat-free sour cream.
    Yields 3 servings.
    Has 170 calories, less than 1 g. fat. Goood!
