Shish-Kabob (Laham Mishwee) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. beef, cubed
    2 onions
    1 bottle Italian sauce/dressing
    1 Tbsp. red wine
    3 drops vinegar
    3 tomatoes
    3 green peppers, sweet
Preparation
    Soak the meat overnight in the Italian Dressing.
    Add red wine and vinegar also.
    Cut onions into 8 pieces, cut tomatoes into 9 or 10 pieces.
    Cut green peppers into 12 pieces.
    Put meat on the skewers, adding pieces of onion, tomato and green pepper between every 2 to 3 cubes of meat.
    Cook to taste (rare, medium or well) on the grill and enjoy!
