Rice Pilaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. long grain rice
    2 medium onions, chopped
    1 lb. fresh mushrooms
    2 cans beef broth
    1/2 stick margarine
Preparation
    Chop mushrooms and saute with onions in 1/2 stick margarine. Cover rice with mushrooms and onions; add beef broth.
    Bake in a 2-quart casserole dish, uncovered, for 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
