Microwave Corn Pudding(Tangier Style) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 small can cream-style corn
    1 c. sugar
    1 c. cream
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 block melted margarine or butter
    2 eggs, beaten
    3 Tbsp. cornstarch
Preparation
    Mix sugar and cornstarch together until cornstarch is well mixed. Add corn, then eggs. Mix well, then add cream, margarine or butter and vanilla. Mix well. Put in greased baking dish. Cook in microwave on level 7 for 13 minutes. Turn around halfway through cooking. Remove and serve. Enjoy.
