Pasta Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ziti
    1 lb. broccoli
    1 tsp. Dijon mustard
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. ground pepper
    2 Tbsp. red wine vinegar
    1/3 c. olive oil
    1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    2 to 3 medium tomatoes
Preparation
    In a large pot of salted, boiling water, cook pasta according to package directions.
    Drain and rinse under cold water.
    Drain again and set aside.
