Ham Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. ham, ground in food grinder
    1/2 lb. ground pork
    2 eggs
    1 tsp. onion powder
    1 c. fine cracker crumbs
    1/2 c. milk
    1/4 c. brown sugar
    1 Tbsp. dry mustard
    2 Tbsp. vinegar
Preparation
    Mix
    ground
    ham, ground pork, eggs, milk, onion powder and milk.
    Pack
    into
    loaf
    pan and bake at 350\u00b0 for about 30 minutes.
    Make mixture of brown sugar, mustard and vinegar and pour
    over\ttop
    of
    loaf.\tContinue
    baking for about 30 more minutes at\t325\u00b0.
    Remove
    from
    oven
    and\tlet stand 10 to 15 minutes
    before turning out onto platter to slice.\tMakes 6 to 8 servings.
