Enchiladas - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 can refried beans
    1 tsp. cumin
    1 pkg. corn tortillas
    1 (1 lb.) block Cheddar cheese, shredded
    1 small onion
Preparation
    Brown ground beef; add refried beans and cumin.
    Thin with about 3/4 can water.
    Simmer for a few minutes.
    Warm tortillas according to package directions.
    Put a small amount of meat/bean mixture in the bottom of a 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Roll up tortillas with cheese and a little onion.
    Arrange in the pan and cover with remaining meat mixture.
    Cover and bake at 350\u00b0 until heated through, about 30 minutes.
