Creamed Broccoli Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. chopped broccoli
    1 c. mayonnaise
    1 c. sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
    2 beaten eggs
    1 can cream of mushroom or cream of celery soup
    2 Tbsp. onion
    cracker crumbs
    butter
Preparation
    Cook broccoli and drain.
    Mix mayonnaise, cheese, eggs, soup and onions.
    Add broccoli and mix well.
    Pour into well-greased casserole dish.
    Dot with butter and top with cracker crumbs. Bake in 350\u00b0 oven for about 45 minutes.
    Serves 10.
