Pea `N' Cheese Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (20 oz.) pkg. frozen peas, thawed
1 c. chopped celery
2 hard-cooked eggs, chopped
1 c. cubed Cheddar cheese
1 (20 oz.) jar pimientos, drained
1/4 c. chopped green onions
1 c. mayonnaise
3 Tbsp. sweet pickle relish
1 tsp. sugar
1 tsp. seasoned salt
1 tsp. ground mustard
Preparation

In a bowl, combine the first 6 ingredients. In a small bowl, combine the mayonnaise, relish and seasonings. Stir into pea mixture. Cover and refrigerate until serving. Yield: 8 to 10 servings.
