1 (15 oz.) can Coco Lopez cream of coconut
4 eggs
whipped cream, maraschino cherries, pineapple chunks, toasted coconut (for garnish)
1 pkg. instant vanilla pudding (4 serving size) *
1/2 c. plus 2 Tbsp. rum
1/3 c. vegetable oil
1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple, well drained
