Shrimp Creole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. boiled rice
    1/3 c. finely chopped onion
    1 chopped chili pepper
    1/4 c. chopped celery tips
    salt and paprika to taste
    1 doz. medium size shrimp
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1 Tbsp. flour
    1/2 c. tomato sauce
Preparation
    Line 1 1/2-quart casserole with 1 tablespoon butter.
    Pour in half of boiled rice.
    Place 1 tablespoon butter in pint size saucepan; add flour and brown.
    Add onion and chili pepper and cook 5 minutes, stirring constantly.
    Add shrimp, celery and tomato sauce.
    Salt and paprika to taste.
    Pour sauce in casserole; top with remaining rice.
    Bake in preheated oven at 350\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
    Serve hot.
