Pork Country Ribs Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. boiling water
    1/4 c. catsup
    1 Tbsp. cider vinegar
    1 medium onion, diced
    dash of powdered allspice
    2 beef bouillon cubes
    3 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1/2 bay leaf, crumbled
    3 whole cloves
    1/2 tsp. celery salt (optional)
    dash of cayenne pepper (optional)
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together and pour over ribs in a fairly shallow pan or until ribs are just covered.
    Bake, uncovered, in a 375\u00b0 oven 1 1/2 hours.
    Turning ribs partially through cooking time is a good idea.
    Extra sauce can easily be strained, fat removed and thickened if desired and poured over rice.
