Fish Fillets In Wine Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 Tbsp. butter, melted
    3 Tbsp. flour
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1/2 c. Sauterne
    2 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese
    1 to 1 1/2 lb. fish fillets (sole, halibut, flounder)
Preparation
    Melt butter; stir in flour and then cream of mushroom soup and Sauterne.
    Cook, stirring constantly until mix boils and thickens.
    Add Parmesan cheese.
    Arrange fish fillets in single layer in greased, shallow baking dish.
    Pour sauce over fish and bake 25 minutes at 375\u00b0.
    Serves 4 to 6.
