Vegetable Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. sliced, fresh mushrooms
    1 medium onion, sliced
    2 zucchini or yellow squash or 1 each, sliced
    3 tsp. butter
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 c. grated Mozzarella cheese
    1 (10-inch) pie shell or 9-inch deep dish (unbaked)
    dash of garlic salt or minced garlic
    1 sliced tomato
    1 c. mayonnaise
Preparation
    Saute vegetables without tomatoes in butter.
    Should be crisp, not soft.
    Drain well.
    Add seasonings.
