Baked Beef Brisket - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 lb. beef brisket
    4 tsp. Lawry's salt
    1/2 Tbsp. black pepper
    1/2 tsp. red pepper
    2 large onions, cut in thick slices
Preparation
    Bake all ingredients in roasting pan with at least most of the meat covered with water.
    Set oven at 350\u00b0 and bake for 1 1/2 to 2 hours.
    Let meat cool before cutting.
    Let gravy cool.
    Slice across grain and put back in pan.
    Let sit in cool area and heat before slicing.
