Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sugar
    3 eggs
    1 c. oil
    2 c. zucchini, grated
    3 c. flour
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. soda
    1/4 tsp. baking powder
    3/4 c. nuts
    1 tsp. vanilla
    raisins (optional)
Preparation
    Stir together as for any other cake.
    Pour batter into 4 coffee cans.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for one hour.
