New Orleans Style Bread Pudding(Heritage) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 loaf of French bread torn in small pieces
    4 c. Half & Half
    2 c. sugar
    8 Tbsp. butter, melted
    3 eggs
    4 Tbsp. vanilla
    1/4 c. raisins
    1 c. shredded coconut
    1/2 c. pecans
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. nutmeg
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients.
    Mixture should be very moist.
    Let mixture rest in the refrigerator overnight before baking.
    Pour into a buttered 9x13 baking dish.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for approximately 1 1/4 hours or until top is golden brown.
    Serve with caramel sauce.
