Spanish Liver - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 Tbsp. oil
4 medium size onions
1/2 c. uncooked rice
salt and pepper
1/2 c. flour
1 lb. liver
1 green pepper
1 Tbsp. chili powder
Preparation

Preheat oven.
Put oil\tin skillet. roll liver in flour and place in skillet.
Brown,
turning\tseveral times.\tRemove from skillet, add onions and green pepper, let brown slightly. Add washed rice, tomatoes,
liver
and chili powder.
Salt and pepper to taste.
Cover.
Put in oven, turn heat to low, allow to cook for 45 minutes.
