Lemon Pineapple Carrot Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 small lemon Jell-O
    1 c. boiling water
    1 small can crushed pineapple (undrained)
    4 grated carrots
    2 Tbsp. mayonnaise
Preparation
    Mix Jell-O and 1 cup boiling water.
    Place in refrigerator 30 minutes.
    Remove and whip with fork.
    Stir in 1 small can crushed pineapple and grated, peeled carrots.
    Mix well. Stir in 2 tablespoons mayonnaise.
    Chill several hours.
