Hurry Up Supper - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. ground beef
    1 onion, chopped
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. pepper
    1 small can mushroom pieces and liquid
    1 (46 oz.) can tomato juice
    4 potatoes, peeled and cubed
    2 large carrots, peeled and sliced thin
    1 can cut green beans and liquid
    1/2 tsp. oregano
    1/4 tsp. basil and thyme
    2 c. elbow macaroni, uncooked
Preparation
    Brown beef and onion in Dutch oven.
    Drain off grease.
    Add remaining ingredients, except macaroni.
    Stir well and bring to boil.
    Add macaroni.
    Stir well again.
    Cover.
    Reduce heat to medium and cook until vegetables are tender, about 45 minutes. `Recipe may be doubled.
    Very good on a cold night.
