Steak And Mushroom Gravy - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 to 3 lb. round steak
    flour
    oil
    salt and pepper
    garlic powder
    seasoned meat tenderizer
    2 cans cream of mushroom soup
    1/4 c. milk
    1 envelope Lipton mushroom onion soup mix
Preparation
    Cut steak into smaller portion sizes. Dip in flour and brown in oil. Season steaks to your taste. Place browned steak in a 9 x 13-inch pan that has been sprayed with a nonstick spray.
