Party Shrimp Mold - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can tomato soup
    1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
    2 Tbsp. unflavored gelatin
    1/2 c. chopped green pepper
    1 c. mayonnaise
    1/2 c. chopped celery
    1 small onion, chopped
    2 c. shrimp, cooked and chopped
Preparation
    Heat soup and cream cheese until melted, stirring often. Soften gelatin in 1/2 cup cold water.
    Add to hot mixture.
    Stir. Remove from heat, pour in lightly oiled mold.
    Garnish with fresh parsley and serve with assorted party crackers.
