Pork Chop Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 pork chops
    6 to 8 potatoes
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    2/3 can milk
    1 c. shredded cheese (American, Jack, Colby, your choice)
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0. Spray 9 x 13 casserole dish with Pam. Brown pork chops on both sides; set aside. Peel and slice potatoes; put in dish. Mix soup, milk and cheese; pour
    over potatoes. Salt and pepper. Put pork chops on top. Cover with foil. Bake 1 to 1 1/2 hours, until potatoes are tender. Serve with salad and bread.
