Low-Fat Peach Crisp - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 large peaches, peeled and sliced
2 Tbsp. cornstarch
1 Tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
2 Tbsp. cold water
1 Tbsp. brown sugar
1 Tbsp. margarine
Preparation

Preheat oven to 375\u00b0.
Coat a 6 x 8-inch pie pan with nonstick spray.
Mix peaches with cornstarch and sugar until the cornstarch is invisible.
In a food processor or blender, process the topping ingredients until the mixture is moist and lumpy.
Spoon peaches into pie pan and cover with the topping.
Bake for 25 minutes. Serve warm.
