Poppy Seed Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 chicken breasts, cooked, boned and diced
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 1/2 c. sour cream
    1/2 c. milk
    1 small can chopped chile peppers (optional)
Preparation
    Place cooked chicken in buttered dish.
    Pour soup, sour cream and milk over chicken.
    Sprinkle with poppy seed.
    Top with 2 stacks crushed Ritz crackers.
    Pour 1 stick melted butter over crackers.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 until hot (30 minutes).
