Sauteed Zucchini - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 medium zucchini, very thinly sliced
salt
2 Tbsp. butter or olive oil
1 clove garlic, finely minced
1 Tbsp. fresh basil
kosher salt
freshly ground Parmesan
Preparation

Salt zucchini slices; let drain in colander for 1/2 hour.
Pat dry with paper towels.
Melt butter.
Add garlic; cook over low heat for a few minutes.
Add drained zucchini.
Add basil, kosher salt and pepper.
Cover and cook on low for 5 minutes, until liquid evaporates.
Sprinkle cheese over top.
