Makay'S Microwave Meat Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can (8 oz.) tomato sauce
    1/4 c. brown sugar (corn syrup substitute)
    1 tsp. prepared mustard
    2 eggs, lightly beaten
    1 golf ball size onion, grated fine
    1/2 c. either white bread or soda cracker crumbs
    1 1/2 lb. leanest ground beef (9% fat is ideal)
    1 tsp. low sodium salt
    1/4 tsp. black pepper
    1/2 to 1 tsp. chili powder (determined by taste)
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients.
    Distribute evenly in a large ring mold, an especially made-for-microwave round container with spout in center or a 2-quart microproof round casserole with an inverted 6-ounce custard cup in center.
    Cook on maximum power a total of 16 minutes, turning the container 1/4 turn after 4 minute intervals.
    Let stand at least 5 minutes before serving.
    This recipe serves 6 quite generously.
    It may be made in advance and frozen for several months.
