Scalloped Broccoli - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 medium onion, minced
    4 Tbsp. butter
    4 Tbsp. flour
    2 c. milk
    1 egg yolk
    1/2 can Parmesan cheese (about 4 oz.)
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    2 pkg. broccoli
    1/2 c. dried breadcrumbs
    2 Tbsp. butter, melted
Preparation
    Saute onion in butter.
    Mix egg, milk and flour together.
    Add to butter and onion.
    Blend all the rest of ingredients except breadcrumbs and 2 tablespoons of butter (melted).
    Pour into buttered casserole dish.
    Sprinkle breadcrumbs on top and drizzle with melted butter.
