Grits Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. grits
    1 stick butter
    1 pkg. garlic cheese or 8 oz. sharp Cheddar and 1 tsp. garlic powder or jalapeno cheese
    2 eggs, beaten
    3/4 c. milk
Preparation
    Cook grits in 4 1/2 cups salted water. When done, add butter, cheese, eggs and milk. Stir until melted.
    Pour into greased casserole and sprinkle buttered bread crumbs on top. Bake 45 minutes or until center is done in a 350\u00b0 oven.
