Cheese - Pork Sausage Hors D'Oeuvres - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. hot sausage (room temperature)
    3 1/2 c. Bisquick
    10 oz. Cheddar cheese, grated
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together.
    Roll into small balls in hand and place on cookie sheet.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 to 400\u00b0 for 10 minutes. Can be baked and frozen for future use.
    Makes 4 dozen.
    (But be sure to make plenty, because they go fast!)
