Meat Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 ready made (9-inch) pie crust
1 1/2 lb. ground chuck
2 Tbsp. ketchup
2 Tbsp. tomato soup
2 Tbsp. Lipton onion soup mix
1 (16 oz.) carton small curd cottage cheese
1 raw egg
Preparation

Brown ground meat, salt and pepper to taste.
Drain liquid off meat.
Add remaining ingredients and mix together.
Before putting meat mixture in pie crust, add 1 to 2 tablespoons of Bisquick to absorb the juices when cooking.
Mix cottage cheese and egg together.
Sprinkle with paprika for color.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 45 minutes until crust is brown.
Serves 4.
