Corn Mush To Fry - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. water
1 c. corn meal
1 tsp. salt
1/2 to 1 c. milk
1 Tbsp. flour
Preparation

Heat the water to boiling.
Mix the corn meal, flour and salt with milk.
Pour into boiling water, stirring constantly.
Cook until thickened, stirring frequently.
Continue cooking over low heat for 35 to 45 minutes.
Pour into pans; let set until cold (overnight), then slice and fry.
