Double Fudge Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 box Swiss chocolate or German chocolate cake mix
    30 caramels
    1 stick margarine
    1 can condensed milk
    6 oz. chocolate chips
Preparation
    Prepare cake mix as directed on box.
    Pour 1/2 of mixture into floured 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Bake for 15 minutes at 350\u00b0.
