Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 chicken or 4 chicken breasts, cooked and diced
1 can broth
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 stick oleo
18 oz. Pepperidge Farm corn bread stuffing mix
Preparation

Melt oleo with stuffing mix.
Mix soups, broth and chicken. Grease a 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
Layer 1/2 corn bread mix. Add chicken mixture and cover with rest of corn bread mixture.
Bake, uncovered, at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
