Stir-Fry Vegetables - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 bunch broccoli, cut into flowerets
    1 head cauliflower, cut into flowerets
    1/4 c. water
    4 carrots, sliced diagonally
    1 medium onion, chopped
    2 to 3 Tbsp. sesame oil
    1 medium zucchini, sliced
    1 pkg. frozen or fresh pea pods
    1 Tbsp. soy sauce
Preparation
    In covered wok or electric frypan, steam broccoli and cauliflower for 5 minutes.
    Pour off water.
    Add carrots, onion and sesame oil; stir-fry 3 to 4 minutes.
    Add zucchini and mushrooms, stirring constantly.
    Add pea pods; fry 3 minutes.
    Do not overcook.
    Serve immediately.
    Sprinkle soy sauce over vegetables.
