Pepper Chicken Fettucini Toss - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. fettucini
    1/4 c. olive oil or vegetable oil
    3 whole boneless chicken breasts
    2 large red peppers
    2 large yellow peppers
    1 medium onion, cut in chunks
    1 medium green pepper
    2 c. sliced fresh mushrooms
    2 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
    1 garlic
Preparation
    Heat oil.
    Add chicken, peppers, onion, mushrooms and garlic. Cook and stir over medium heat until chicken is cooked, 8 to 12 minutes, or until vegetables are done.
    Serve over fettucini.
