Oatmeal Chocolate Cookies * - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 stick margarine
2 c. sugar
1/2 c. cocoa
1/2 c. milk
pinch of salt
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. crunchy peanut butter
3 c. quick-cooking oatmeal
1 c. coconut

Preparation

Mix margarine, sugar, cocoa, milk and salt in a saucepan and boil for 1 minute.
Take off heat and add vanilla, peanut butter, oatmeal and coconut.
Mix well and drop on wax paper while warm.
