Sausage And Potato Stew - cooking recipe
Ingredients

12 oz. hot or sweet Italian sausage, cut in 1/2-inch pieces
2 c. water
1 Tbsp. plus 1 tsp. all-purpose flour
1 large bell pepper, chopped
1/4 tsp. dried thyme leaves
2 large potatoes, peeled and cut in bite size chunks
1 large onion, cut in thin wedges
1/2 tsp. minced garlic
1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation

Bring sausage and 1/4 cup of the water to a boil in a large saucepan.
Reduce heat, cover and simmer 5 minutes, stirring once or twice, until water evaporates.
Reduce heat to low.
