Veal Paprika - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 lb. veal (pounded and cut very thin)
1 clove garlic
2 Tbsp. butter
1 c. water
1 pt. sour cream
1/2 tsp. salt
1 Tbsp. paprika
Preparation

Thinly slice clove of garlic and brown lightly in butter.
Add veal and brown well.
Add 1 cup of water, cover and simmer for 45 minutes.
Add sour cream, paprika and salt.
Blend well and cook slowly over low heat for 10 minutes longer.
Serve over buttered rice or wide noodles.
