Layered Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. shredded lettuce
1 c. chopped bell pepper
1 c. English peas, drained
1 c. chopped green onion
1 c. chopped celery
1 c. grated carrots
1 (4 oz.) pkg. Cheddar cheese, grated
2 c. mayonnaise
2 Tbsp. sugar
1/2 c. crushed bacon bits
Preparation
-
Layer vegetables in order listed in 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking dish.
Combine mayonnaise and sugar; spread over cheese layer. Sprinkle with bacon bits.
Chill.
Yield:
10 to 12 servings.
