Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 chicken breasts or 1 chicken
    1 pkg. fresh mushrooms
    2 cans cream of mushroom soup
    1/2 pt. sour cream
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. stuffing
Preparation
    Parboil chicken, bone, skin and cut in pieces.
    Put in bottom of 3-quart casserole dish. Mix mushrooms, soup and sour cream. Pour over chicken.
    Mix stuffing according to package and put on top.
    Dot with butter and bake 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
