Fresh Orange Cheesecake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (9-inch) graham cracker crust
    1 egg
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    1/2 c. sugar
    1/8 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 1/2 c. sour cream
    2 oz. frozen orange juice or 1/2 to 1/4 c. fresh squeezed orange juice
Preparation
    Beat egg well in large bowl.
    Add the cream cheese and beat again.
    Add sugar, salt and vanilla.
    Beat until smooth.
    Add sour cream and orange juice.
    Beat until smooth.
    Pour mixture into pie crust.
    Bake for 30 to 40 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    Turn off oven and let stand in oven for 1 hour.
    Remove and let cool.
