Pat'S Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 egg whites, beaten stiff
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. chopped nuts
1 c. sugar
1 c. (about 30) Ritz crackers, crushed
Preparation

Gently fold all ingredients in with egg whites.
Press into a greased 8-inch pie plate and bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
Cool.
