Carrot Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. ground carrots (large blade)
    1 small pkg. chopped nuts
    1 1/2 c. Mazola oil
    2 c. sugar
    4 eggs
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    2 c. flour
    1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
    2 tsp. soda
Preparation
    Cream the sugar and oil.
    Add eggs, one at a time.
    Add carrots, then dry ingredients.
    Bake in 2 layer pans at 325\u00b0 for 40 minutes or bake 55 minutes for loaf pan.
