Au Gratin Potatoes And Ham - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 c. (approximately 2 lb.) potatoes, peeled and sliced
    1/2 c. onion, coarsely chopped
    1 1/2 c. cooked ham, cubed
    1 c. shredded cheese
    1 (10 3/4 oz.) can condensed cream of mushroom soup
    1/2 c. milk
    1/4 to 1/2 tsp. thyme leaves
Preparation
    In slow cooker, layer 1/2 of potatoes, ham, onion and cheese. Repeat layers.
    In a small bowl, combine soup, milk and thyme; pour over top.
    Cover; cook on high setting for 3 hours.
    Reduce to low setting; cook for 2 to 2 1/2 hours or until potatoes are tender.
