Cheese Roast - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. Velveeta cheese, grated
    1 can vegeburger (La Loma)
    2 slices brown bread, toasted and cubed
    1 large onion, chopped
    1 Tbsp. vegex
    1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    1/2 tsp. sage
    4 eggs
    1/4 c. oil
Preparation
    Combine ingredients and bake in a 7 x 11-inch flat Pyrex casserole dish for 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
    Serve with jellied cranberry sauce.
